In our hectic, stress-filled lives, we need simple and quick tools to support us in feeling our best. Here is a sweet little gift you can enjoy immediately to help you to feel more calm, centered, grounded, and relaxed.

This is a very simple yet powerful technique that has helped my clients alleviate stress, overwhelm, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, and other forms of physical and emotional distress. Do not let the simplicity of this guided meditation deceive you. Its simplicity is its superpower!

To listen to the audio, I invite you to sit in a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be distracted or disturbed. It would be best to listen to it for a minimum of 3-5 days to get comfortable with it and to feel its benefits. You will easily learn the technique and be able to listen to it without the recording after a few listens.

As you get comfortable with the technique, feel free to modify it as you like. The most important thing is to practice it consistently to support your nervous system in being in a calm state, and so you will be able to call it to mind in moments of stress.
